This place is an overpriced dump and "management" is a joke. Mold on the shower doors? They "fixed" it with silver SPRAY PAINT. Calling the office does no good, they screen calls and don't return messages. Towel bars were mounted to spackle, so those came down the first day. Kitchen cabinets were "fixed" by mounting them upside down and drilling new holes. I am loving the new look and feel of the property. New pool furniture is out just in time for Summer! Looks great! Also, the new dog park has been awesome to let our dog off-leash.

I've lived here since October, they transitioned management companies basically when I moved in. I'll just say the last management was far less organized and lied about a lot. The new management and office ladies are very nice and they've worked with me when needed. The manager also gave resources for rental assistance which proves she cares. The apartment area is always clean and well maintained. I can honestly say I enjoy it here.

Moved in to my apartment about a month ago . Staff has been great with working with me sense I work out of town . Quiet, clean complex that looks like they are working on making better each month . Pretty much everyone I have met is really nice . I think I'm going to enjoy living here the next year or two

I have been living at the Brontë west for two years now. I just have to say I love my home the space is lovely everything is close by within walking distances. The maintenance and staff and new management are a joy they have been helping us with every issue we have. Everything is reliable I love my home thank you Brontë west.
