A working progress place. Lived here for a while and in my time there has been major transformation with new management. A lot of new renovations and remodeling has been happening over the time and has improved the apartment. For the Denver Southeast location, the view from the patio are gorgeous and having the large acre of land surrounding makes it feel very comforting. Working with Linda and she answered all of my questions about living here before moving in. You can’t control when people bring a pest with them but what management did was a full extermination right away which shows you just how quickly issues are resolved. With it being a secure building I feel safe living here with my kids. Some things are out of managements control at the time but knowing they care is 100% what matters.
Honestly one of the best places I've stayed . The office staff is super nice and helpful they handle maintenance requests quickly . Most everything about this complex is amazing I've been here three years and plan to be here for at least a couple more awesome places overall I love living here .
While living here I had my car broken into and hit in the lot numerous times, the grounds are littered and disgusting I feel bad for the grounds crew having to constantly pick up behind people. When I started living here I had complained of mice, I was given a box trap and told to wait until the mice were caught before they would fix the hole in my wall that the mice had created. After begging them to fix the hole someone finally came to fix it and drilled a hole straight into the water line for our baseboard heaters. Both m... read more
I live in the condos next door and I like to take walks every morning. The Harper property is surrounded by bar fences however some of the bars are missing. When I pass by if residents is out in the apartment yard with the dogs, the dogs crawl under the fence where the bars are missing and chase you on the sidewalk. Please get your fences fixed before someone gets hurt or make your residents leash their dogs until you do.
