Just renewed my lease Just renewed my lease for another term because of how close to airport this place is. Went shopping around for apartments before renewing and the grass is not really green on the other side. This place is always clean and smelling good, the neighbors are really nice and I can see myself staying here for some time. If you're looking for a place to live, you will not regret living here.
Loving my apartment! I have been living here for about 2 months now and the office personnel is always nice. This is the best pool of any apartment I have lived in and the building is always looking nice and clean.
Great Community! I moved into the Mansions at Mercer a little while ago and can I just saw I love this community! The amenities are amazing and the leasing agents are so helpful. If you are looking for an apartment look no further this is the place to be!
Amazing staff, great amenities I have lived in several apartments before and these are very well kept, the staff are super responsive to any work order, and I have loved all of the great events that the staff put on several times a month. Very dog friendly and lots of storage
