What can I say but I am amazed. The grounds are immaculate. The staff are professional and attentive . The community and apartments are beautiful and Ms. Tommysene is a staple to what all management, in apartment settings should immulate. Such s hard worker and and asset to the company. If you are looking for a quiet beautiful and pest free place. Then look no more. You've found the right place. You won't be dissapointed.

First i just want to say Stephanie & Tommysene helped me solve any issues I had in the apartment would address them swiftly very kind an understanding. Both were welcoming an lovely women. When I first moved here rent was super low compared to other apartment complexes in the area these apartments very roomy very clean If you’re getting a three bedroom more than enough space if you’re getting a one bedroom perfect for just you I was here two years I stayed in a 3 bedroom first year then a one bedroom the following. Was living in these apartments for the past 2 years, the apartments may be a little older but they more than make up for it in how the young woman Tommysene Carter in the office handles and help with anything that popped up or ever became a concern. Any issue me and my partner had whole living out here was addressed quickly and efficiently.

I am going on year two here and definitely plan to renew my lease for many reasons! First management always hears me out with any issues and resolves anything in that same day I always feel safe coming to them with anything! Maintenance is very friendly and helpful. It’s quiet and drama free, all facilities are very well kept and maintained I have not had any issues in my time here it’s great for single people or families as we have a pool area, kids playground, dog park, laundry room, fitness facility and even a banquet spa... read more

I have lived at the Palms at Ortega for 13 months, and my experience has been wonderful. Any minor issues I encountered were promptly resolved. The community is fantastic, with excellent management. Tommysene has been incredibly supportive since the beginning, always responsive and diligent. She ensures everything is up to date by sending community messages regularly. If it weren't for the long commute to UNF from here, I would have gladly extended my lease.
