current tenant I am so glad that I took those old reviews w a grain of salt and called the pines at carolina place. the new staff is amazing! this group actually cares and it shows!! I’ve been a resident since March 2020 and hear horror story’s about what’s happened before w the only management company but also heard how much of an improvement it’s been this year. check it out yourself.
Amazing Experience I moved to the property a few weeks ago and I have been pleased. Management has gone above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. The 2 bedroom apartment that we are renting is nice and spacious. The appliances are a little outdated but for the price it’s definitely reasonable. I would totally recommend this community!
