8 year resident Great stay for the location Safety level - 4 Noise levels- 0 (train, gun shots, and car accidents regularly) Property management since 2022 is trash. They lack the experience in proper book keeping and record keeping. It’s too many units that have been condemned. You can see the confusion in their faces when u ask questions. I’m trying to apply and when I called up there everything that’s on their website is completely different when they talk to you on the phone. The pricings are wrong on the website, income and credit score is wrong on the website, and they hardly answer the phones. Just a major inconvenience to people who are trying to apply and need actual answers about the apartments. Wouldn’t want to apply and spend all this money, just to not get approved because the information they have out is wrong
This place was a great place to live……. Not anymore. Keeps changing property management staff and they seem to put the worse people in. 12 years ago we had a management staff that cared and genuinely listened to your concerns and most importantly acted on them. All we get now is idled threats and memos. Lease says no pets but there are more dogs on the McDaniel street side than people. And some are not small at all. Huge rats not mice rats running around everywhere never seen Anything like it but the apartments are nice & huge poor office management they take forever to fix anything & always lying saying it's no vacant apartment but indeed they are plenty of them avoid this place at all cost .
The apartments are beautiful...the management could be better!! Alot of turn over. But location, location location!!! Love the city and views!!
