We just moved in to The Wyatt and everything has been wonderful. We were helped by a leasing agent named Glenda and she was AMAZING. Even when some stuff got confusing with deposits and move-in costs she sorted it out and got us a really great deal. When we walked into the new apartment, she had gotten us a cute little welcome basket with toys for our dogs! So sweet!! The property is really nice and very clean, and we already tried out the jacuzzi and it was lovely ☺️ highly recommend!!
My husband and I just moved in at The Wyatt and we are so in love with our apartment. The floorplan is spacious and I love how the doors and door frames are dark brown, it really gives it an upscale look. Glenda went above and beyond to make this move happen for us and she was so on top of everything. The property is clean and well kept. So far, the only thing I would add is more open parking, as we do have two vehicles and only one designated spot.
We are new tenants at The Wyatt, and our application process was excellent. During the tour, we met Glenda, who was incredibly helpful, informative, and welcoming. She was always available to answer our questions and made the application process smooth. While we loved the property's appearance and upkeep, it was Glenda's support and encouragement that truly sold us. We appreciate all her efforts.
very grateful we found the Wyatt when we did. the grounds are mostly clean with the exception of people not picking up their dog poop. The amenities are wonderful as well. Hailey was always incredibly helpful and we were very happy with our time here.
