Worth it I've had issues with the front office staff repeatedly...but the pride and take care of attitude from the maintenance staff is beyond reproach..... anytime I have ever had an issue it was like asking a good friend for help; And let's face it beyond the initial first few days , they are the ones you deal with. It's nice to see people take pride in what they do and they do exactly that
The best maintenance team around The maintenance team here is 2nd to none, not because they can fix everything, but they know when they need outside help. They are willing to help and you always feel important when you talk to them about any problems you have.

Maintenance is INCREDIBLE! Shout out to Dwayne and Carlton, the maintenance crew for being the best ever! They fix anything you need on the spot. Hardly any wait time, you are their top priority! Safe, quiet community. Friendly neighbors and lots of kiddos having fun around.
tivoli its i lov it backwards i have lived in my apartment for 6 years now. its close to where i grew up. once i left the Marines i could'nt wait to come back to my area and i havent left since, and dont plan on leaving anytime soon. other then i work so much i dont get to enjoy as much as i would like but hey thats life.
your everyday apartment Staff is very nice, maintenance always came when called but were average at fixing things, nice pool but you need a pass, no noise. Clean and average I have no complaints I lived there from May2012 to November 2012
