The process for renting was fairly smooth from start to finish. Reyna, the property manager, helped with all the leasing documents and quickly got me approved to move-in by the end of the week. It’s a quiet community equipped with a dog park, playground, pool, and fitness center. Each resident has one covered parking space as well. I’ve only made one request with maintenance but they responded quickly and took care of the issue within a couple of days. So far, loving our new home!

My husband and I just moved here and it's such a quiet place, friendly neighbors, fast maintenance, and brynnen in the front office is professional and very good at communicating it was a smooth move in. 👌

I just want to recognize what an incredible office manager Brynnen is. She has helped me more than I can ever say and she is a kind and compassionate and most importantly patientp person. She has helped me more times than I can count and she always does it with Compassion and Understanding. The transition into Vantage point Apartments was phenomenal. We came we toured we liked we moved. I sit on my patio almost every day. It’s almost like we’re not in the city with the landscape, birds, singing shaded areas. It’s a beautiful, beautiful place to live. it was easy to apply, and the friendly staff has been more than accommodating. Highly recommend.

Ive lived here almost a year and its a great place to live. They have a new manager on duty, Kimberly and she is very professional and caring. The pool and hot tub are super clean, maintenance is great, the property is well lit and safe and the 2 bedrooms are big. I love the layout. Its a smaller complex which means less drama! I lived next complex over and there was always something going on, cars in my space, etc. I pay less for a 2 bdrm here than a 1 bdrm there. Whatever you need gets handled fast!
