I've been a residence for nearly 3 years, and it's unfortunate what has happened to these once fantastic apartments. Don't be fooled by the 5 star ratings. Management offers incentives for positive reviews.
Great apartments family friendly! Maitnence Francisco does great work and he’s skilled at his job very friendly! Blanca the new apartment manager is very friendly and on top of her job been seeing many changes in the apartments and she has great communication! Thank you guys!
Do. Not. Move. Here. If you enjoy having running cold and HOT water, if you hope for a througough and honest repair to your home- DO NOT MOVE HERE. The water has been turned off for hours for MONTHS. It began a little before Thanksgiving of 2024. Don't do it. Do not put yourself through it.
When we moved here 2 years ago it was nice . management were very nice and helpful. Now there is new management and she won’t answer her phone when I been call more than a week about the ceiling leaking. Always coming up with excuses never taking accountability for anything. Maintenance comes and looks at the problem and says he would will there tomorrow but never shows up . Never get a call back why they didn’t finish the job .so I advise to not to move here . I would like to thank Carmen for making an easy move in. She gave options and explained the process to have my new home. It was hard to find an apartment. I would recommend this property due to great management
