My family has been at View at Starr Pass for a little over a year now. It's a great place to live. The location is perfect and close distance to the interstate. Office staff is friendly and helpful. The property manager Leo has always been available when we need something and always seems happy to help. The playground is a huge plus when you have kids and you have two pools to choose from. The gym is great for a quick workout if needed. Parking can get a little hectic but not anyone's fault just wish people followed the rule... read more

I fully recommend the View at Starr Pass as a place to call home. We have been living here since 2021. It is a very clean and quiet place to live. The property manager Leo has really made an impact on our community. He is always professional and friendly and has always been available when we have had questions or concerns. Great place to live!! I moved in July 2024 I have had the pleasure of working with a wonderful property manager Leo and his staff. It is nice to know the people who take care and manage your complex truly care about their residents. I placed a maintenance work order and within the same week my issues were resolved! I appreciate all the great staff here at the View.

For the rent to be so high barely any attention is put into the apartments themselves. The pools here are barely or never in the best conditions, the front office pool is currently full of dirt and is just disgusting. The net that belongs to that pool is missing and the broom is just small and barely does anything. The pool that is more in the center of the complex has lights that don’t even work and never did when we first moved in, the only lights there are, are solar lights that doesn’t light up the pool.
