Couldn't be more happy with this newly built apartment building! 1. Rent For new apartments (finished in summer of 2024), the rent is reasonable compared to other new apartment buildings in Boulder. 2. Design The design of each apartment is well thought-out. I toured the Betasso, Animas, and Walker units. The smallest studio, Betasso, felt livable. The units are designed in a way that doesn't make them feel claustrophobic. I have had the absolute best experience living here. I have to leave due to an inury that limits my income now but if I ever get the chance to come back, I absolutely will. Management is caring and responsive, you do not hear all your neighbors through the walls, the amenities are everything you could need or want, and the units and property are beautiful and safe. I truly have nothing negative to say. If you are thinking about moving here, I highly recommend it! A special thanks to Joy for being there from beginning to end!
Toured recently and the leasing agent showed me a ton of vacant units on a screen. Poor location with no nearby grocery store, surrounded by car dealerships and a storage facility. The interior was nice and the view from apartments facing the Flatirons is beautiful, not going to deny that. Leasing agent said prices would go up soon, which is laughable given how many units were available. Not just residential but retail spaces too. Beautiful Apartments. Great amenities and an great club house with all the things you need for a great workout and splash in the pool! A very quiet community as well. Backs right up to a bike trail and creek as well.
Over priced apartments in the toxic waste industrial part of town. There is a literal toxic waste recycling center 2,000 ft from the center of these apartments. The ground and local ponds are polluted from the coal ash of the power plant that only ceased burning coal in 2017. Pass
