I have lived at Premier Lofts for almost 5 years and management won’t do anything about people putting huge speakers on their walls which makes your apartment vibrate so bad that it’s literally unlivable! Their music pipes through my refrigerator as well! Since there’s no insulation between the walls, your apartment is only as good as your neighbors! I am so excited to see this property management company embracing mixed income communities in order to give everyone of all incomes an opportunity to live in communities together. Keep up your affordable housing partnerships and impeccable management!

Seeing the current projects that Zocalo's involved in shows a great trend in a conscientious developer that's focused on community, place-making while mixing in affordability. I can't wait to see 101 Broadway finished and creating housing for Denver's workforce. I read that in Boulder, they're committing their two projects on Pearl and Arapahoe to nearly 50 percent affordability. Denver is lucky to have a set of developers that understand and commit ... read more
