Verified Renter I have really enjoyed my time at the 2112 New Hampshire Avenue. There is a strong sense of community in the building, and the location is ideal. The staff are phenomenal, especially Jef and Janice who really go out of their way to make you feel at home. Definitely made the right choice moving here.

Verified Renter 2112 New Hampshire is a great place to live! The management is responsive and friendly, the building is well-maintained (though older), and the location is unbeatable. The only downside is the central air is centrally controlled, which can lead to some hot days or weeks awaiting changeover... so be cautious if you're very heat sensitive

Verified Renter Great unit, great location, very friendly and helpful front staff. Sometimes unresponsive via email, but a phone call or a visit does the trick! New laundry machines are wonderful.

My lease signing and move-in experience was a breeze. My neighbors are friendly. The apartment was clean and in excellent shape by move in. I feel very safe, cared for, and at home here!

Fantastic Place! I lived at 2112 New Hampshire for a little over three years and I loved this place. It's impossible to find better balconies in NW DC. The staff are really friendly, and they set up regular events like ice cream socials and food trucks. Package/concierge is very secure too. It's also a fantastic location - close to U St but a few blocks off so it's a quiet neighborhood. I can't recommend this place enough.
