Verified Renter The apartments are decent overall, though roaches can be an issue in the high-rise buildings. Maintenance is excellent, typically resolving any issue within two hours.. The environment is green and family-friendly, with nearby grocery stores and a convenient bus stop.

May be management can offer 6 months lease renewal agreement option for resident who is here for long time. There is no compliments or any other benefits for lease renewals.

Verified Renter Conveniant location to the airport and downtown. safe and friendly neaibourhood. No crimes. only drawback is you have to empty kitchen cabinates every months as there were bugs issues as it's a very old community. Otherwise all good.
