New management is doing things right! Haley was so amazing to work with! She was very sweet and brings a bright presence to the leasing office! She is so on top of making sure any requests I’ve brought up to the office is taken care of quickly and checks back often to make sure it was done correctly !! I’ve had friends who lived here under the previous company who were less than impressed, but this new company is amazing and doing so many things RIGHT! Just renewed with new management We’ve lived here for 5 years and just signed a new lease with the new management. Haley was great to work with and we are very excited for all of the improvements that have already been made. Our unit has received a new roof and new paint. All of the roads are being resurfaced which is something that has been needed for years.
Nice place to rent I have lived here for two years now and just recently resigned my lease. I have not gotten a chance to meet all the staff (new management), I did have the pleasure to meet Haley (staff member) when it was time to resign my lease. She was very pleasantly professional and very personable. She explained the new lease and even tho the rent is going up about $100 it is still very affordable in comparison to other apartments or townhomes around the area. Nice location, good property with reasonable price I live here for two year already, really nice location, 5 min drive to all different kind grocery shop. Nice property management.
Love these apartments I have lived here for about a year and I love these apartments! Lots of room inside and has an attached garage, which most places don't have. Close by to shopping, dining, grocery store, ect. The pool is great in the summer. Parking can be a headache but we were told with the renovations that more spots are going to try to be added. Would definitely recommend these apartments.
Current tenant I have lived here for the last year and a half and they were just recently bought out by Dublin Park (previously Lakeview square). They are currently doing some new upgrades to make the property a lot nicer. Haley has been super easy to work with and has a great, bubbly personality! Excited to see what is to come over the next year under new management!
Nice Place I’ve enjoyed my stay here and decided to renew my lease. The new management group has begun a mass overhaul of changes from exterior painting, roof replacement, road constitutions, residence and per park and much more. They are also going to each unit to see what needs to be updated. All is much needed as prior management has done very little in keeping things up to date. I look forward to seeing all this. Rating as a 4 but it will it will be a 5-star place to stay when changes are done.
Overly Pleased My girlfriend and I recently moved to the Dublin area and, after much searching, found Dublin Park. Not only is the property beautiful and expansive, the staff that we have had the pleasure of dealing with through the leasing process (Haley and Ryan) have been beyond wonderful. Very Smooth Process and Great Place to Call Home Haley and Ryan were incredible to work with! They made the process of signing a lease super smooth. They both responded instantly to any questions we had. I love how pet friendly they are. It was hard to locate a place that valued pets as much as us. We are thoroughly pleased with our experience and highly recommend this community!
