Putting the 'Eh' in the 'Epitome of Cool'. This apartment complex is more than efficient enough to make you say, "Wow. This is okay." With plain white walls, (with the elegance of a few cracks sneaking their way from the corners, giving the 10-Year-Old building a vintage feeling) and slightly too-dark-of-beige carpets, this place makes you feel like you're living in an average apartment- which is amazing, because you are!
