The community is clean and quiet and close to plenty of things both in walking distance and a short uber from downtown. On top of this, I love the management team. I work long hours and they are always accommodating. Grandview Heights is... (Verified Renter) Grandview Heights is the place to be! Love that it's close to downtown, the Short North but not too close that traffic and noise is not an issue. I have lived here at The Meridian for almost 2 years now and I haven't regretted it since. The apartment homes are so nice with Bluetooth speakers on the kitchen lights, granite countertops and spacious rooms. The leasing office... (Verified Renter) The leasing office and onsite team are great. The gym and pools are often crowded but nice. Interiors of units are nice but are pretty bland and can show signs of their age but you can make them feel upscale with decorations and regular cleaning. There's quite a bit of dogs - which is cool but you're going to get the 10% of people that don't pick up the sh*t and don't train them. The speed bumps gave me CTE.
