Oasis is the Best Apartment in Jacksonville Great maintenance - Ben did an awesome job helping us. We lived 4 years. No complaints at all. Best location. Easy commute to anywhere.
Great place to live I've lived here for almost 2 years and I love it. The complex is quiet and so close to everything. I love the pond and the duck and the neighbors are very nice. The ladies in the office are very responsive to any problem or questions I've had. I have recommended this place to a lot of people!
Nice apartment. Great neighborhood. I've lived here 3 years and, having lived in other apartments, I must say I really don't have many complaints. I have had my AC go out 3 times and each time they were super quick to repair it. The AC man is one of the nicest people I have met. I have seen 2 roaches in the time I've lived here and the office staff sent post control for additional treatments within the week. For the most part, the neighbors are quiet and respectful. Not that bad I have lived here for 14 months. The apartment is not modern but it’s comfortable. The neighborhood is amazing. Everything is within 5 minutes or less Highways, Walmart, Target, WholeFoods, Publix, TJ Max, Marshall’s, Steinmart, Staples, Restaurants, Banks, and more. The two pools are generally clean and the work out room/gym needs a complete makeover. Oasis is a great place to call home I moved into the Oasis years ago and have had nothing but great things to say about them. When I moved in years ago, I was going through a divorce and have always lived in a house. So when I came to Oasis to find a new home for me & my son, the ladies in the office were so welcoming and accommodating to my needs.
