Verified Renter Good,only problem is the cockroaches I believe pest control should be done for every 15days,so that everyone can stay healthy As i stay in the ground level i face the grass all over in front of my glass door, when ever they come for plucking the grass they just left everything and go away i find difficult to blow away the leftover grass/plants in front of our glass door,please consider my request and see through it

Verified Renter Great neighborhood with excellent public commute options to downtown. Maintenance is prompt. Apartments are old but remodeled ones are good. Too many policy changes and increasing rent in middle of lease is never heard off but they did here(bad practice). I am a long time resident but after this I am not sure if I want to continue here anymore.
