Verified Renter The apartment is fine. If you have kids then its very nice for them as there are a lot of kids playing around. The only concern is that maintenance takes a lot of time to fix anything

Verified Renter I am always impressed with how clean and organized the entire community is. The surroundings of apartments and town homes are always clean and grass and trees are mowed and trimmed to perfection.

Verified Renter As long as no interaction with leasing office, the experience is good. People in leasing office are often irresponsive, Manager behaves/responds rudely and is not considerate. They cheated me on referral bonus by delaying for several months and then saying time has passed for claiming. They charge $90 for acidental lockouts , and they will let us in only if we pay the money and in cash. Need to improve security in the community. Verified Renter Maintenance is on time and quick. Other than finding a bug or two, things have been great. This is by far the best apartment situation. The pool and gym are pretty nice.
