Verified Renter Neighborhood is very safe for families. The rent is relatively affordable and you receive amenities alongside it. The actual apartments are not that nice, they come with a smell and often with hefty maintenance issues. Any sort of damage is just painted over. The leasing office is not going to be your friend.
