Verified Renter Nice neighborhood. Amenities is always a hit or miss. Always seems to have lot of restrictions to use them. Maintenance lately is very slow or not being attended to at all if there's a work order placed to fix something in your apartment.

Verified Renter Townhouse is good for the cost that I pay monthly but the cost is little high. Spacious community for kids to enjoy and play area is nice and pool area is small for the crowd.

Verified Renter Love the apartment and the pool! Had a hard time with getting responses about little issues at first, but things are much faster now. The parking is perfect and the people here are very friendly.

Verified Renter So far everything is good with the townhome. Initially there was a lot of roaches when we moved in but they do get pest control every month to get rid of them. Neighborhood is good. Community area is big and amenities are good.
