Verified Renter Very good apartment. Leasing staff is responsive. Maintenance is on timely manner. Community has nice playground with tennis and basketball court. Swimming pool is free for all residents.

Verified Renter Nice apartment and good neighborhood. But need more pest control and animal control in apartment and in the premises. Also require much better customerservice.

Verified Renter Overall experience is average. Apartments are too old. Good thing is - there are no roaches. Maintenance is average. They are doing lawn mowing once in 3-4 months.

Verified Renter Carriage Park Apartments is a beautiful community . A lot of families live here. I’m in a bottom floor apartment with a beautiful scenic view. My apartment was renovated before I moved in, which makes is great for a place to call home sweet home the next 3 years.

Verified Renter Excellent Apartments! Have a very good bus facility to the downtown. Lots of groceries in and around. Rents are reasonable with good facilities.

Verified Renter Good location. Groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, gas stations all pretty close are very close. Frequent public transport to downtown. Downtown is also near. Admin and maintenance staff are nice.

Verified Renter Living here for 1 year. Pretty nice place. Quiet and comfortable place to live. Leasing Experience was really good. Nearby amenities are there. Lots of close shopping/restaurants, and it's only about 15 minutes to downtown.

Verified Renter Great place to stay! They are one of the cheapest apartments you can find in Pittsburgh with everything included... I had a one bedroom apartment upstairs! The appliances are not updated as some of the newer complexes but they are still very nice.
