Great place to live The Enclave at Rivergate was wonderful. Sad that I had to move. All the staff are wonderful and know residents by first names. Maintenance addresses problems within 24hrs (my personal experience) Amenities are very nice and the grounds are beautiful.

New To Charlotte Currently new to Charlotte/Mecklenburg Area. Myself and My daughter visited a couple apartments and Enclave was the first that genuinely showed interest in proving my young daughter opportunity to explore the home as well. Giving her chances to explore and ask questions was a big one to me. Damian was very very sweet, answered any questions I may have had.
