Great community Living here for the last few months has been great. The community has been quiet and neighbors are friendly. There is some great amenities and we spend a lot of time at the fenced in dog park. Haley at the leasing office was super nice and answered all of our questions when we first toured the complex and additional follow up questions throughout the application process. However all of the workers have been nothing short of incredible and super responsive. Fun community events are also a great perk!

Great location Enclave at Rivergate is the BEST apartment complex in Charlotte. The moment we walked in, Damian was very helpful. He gave a great apartment tour, answered all of our questions and responded immediately to emails. The location is also in a perfect area, near everything you will ever need. I think we found the PERFECT place to live!

Spacious, modern style I contacted the property online to schedule a tour it was fast and easy , I toured with Mr Cipressi who gave me a Excellent tour from the inside of the apartment to everything else that The Enclave @ Rivergate has to offer, he answered all my questions, wonderful communication very Detailed!!

VERY SPACIOUS Love that the floor plan was very spacious and big didn’t feel like it was crammed in. Love that there is ceiling fans as well as a little desk near the kitchen. Damien was a BIG help and was very detailed about the apartments and answering all of our questions. I can’t wait to move in!
