Verified Renter Being a new resident I have thus far had a pleasurable experience. Neighbors have been welcoming and the staff has been very accommodating. I am also happy the with the plethora of convenient restaurants and places to shop. Although still acclimating to the community and the amenities I am happy with choosing Rivergate as my place of residence.

Beautiful Property, Excellent Staff!! I was stopping by Charlotte on my way to Florida and wanted to get a tour of the apartments as I plan to move to Charlotte in the next couple of months. Not only was the staff extremely accommodating with the last-minute scheduling of the tour but their communication prior to and afterward was amazing!!! Awesome resident reception & service I showed up unexpectedly, unannounced to the Enclave as I plan on moving to NC in a month and I was greeted with great hospitality and customer service. Damian was able to give me and my sister a tour of the unit model that I am interested in. We also saw the main common areas and filled us in on other resident perks available in the area, including a dental office reference. 5 Star Complex I moved into the Enclave at Rivergate last week and love it here. The grounds are kept beautifully, its quiet and the management team here is fantastic to work with. Not to mention, the apartment itself is very well maintained, spacious and the updates within are modern. I would highly recommend the Enclave at Rivergate. ??????????

Current Resident Love living at Enclave at Rivergate! The staff are very helpful, especially Damien who works non stop to keep his residents happy. Currently working on transferring my lease to another apartment to continue living in the area, love it so much.

Amazing staff and great area! I just got an apartment here with my girlfriend and we both almost immediately fell in love with it! The surrounding area is great, the office staff is very helpful, and everyone we've met so far seems very neighborly. We're very happy with the way things turned out.
