awesome place to live! We moved in here in August of 2021, and we’ve had the best time. Meeting our neighbors, the staff is fun and very attentive. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent property and staff! We told the assistant manager Damian that we needed to be moved in within 48 hours and he made it happen in 24. The staff here is very welcoming and helpful, would recommend this complex to anyone.

Great Place to live My wife and I moved from a home up North to The Enclave at Rivergate two years ago. After comparing 10 different apartment complexes we felt the Enclave had the best offering. Since than we have not been disappointed in our decision. We love the location, and love living at the Enclave at Rivergate great staff great maintance great space & amenities we highly recommend if you’re in the market take a hard look!
It's a Home. I recently had to move from a Four bedroom house to The Enclave at the rivergate Apartments.My daughter was on her way to college and we needed to down size.At first it was an uncertain move because having a house had its advantages like space, space for my pet,safety, ect. Well I must say my family and I love the Enclave at the Rivergate apts.I love how they maintain the lawn and the upkeep of the buildings. Soaking up the space Enclave @ Rivergate have the best floor plans with the most space for your budget. Close to up and coming Ft Mill, SC where gas is cheap and there is no tax on food! Friendly staff and the pool opens early April to start the summer off right!
